Guy Laramee

If you are not familiar with the amazing work of Guy Laramee, why not!? Guy carves natural looking forms such as hills, cliffs, volcanoes and mountains out of old books. We have featured a few bits of his work before, but there’s plenty of new ones here!

Riusuke Fukahori

I have been meaning to post this for a while now but…

Riusuke Fukahori uses acrylics to paint onto clear resin, building up layers to create incredibly realistic ’3-d’ paintings of, usually, fish.

Just watch the video!

I *think* this is his website.

Please vote on my Escape Studios CGWhiz entry!

Hi guys! Asking for a little favour here please! Shouldn’t take long…

Go to the competition on facebook here, click like, then scroll down to my entry called James Lashmar : JL Showreel 2011 and click like on that too. It’s about the 27th video down, around a quarter the way though and is the same as the video above!

Thanks!

3D Paper advert

Making of the Toshiba advert. A great mix of analogue and digital techniques, with some excellent origami.
